1) The 7 Foot Loft Bed
I built this bed in about week and it only cost around $180. It saves me lots of space in my room, but best of all allows me to fit a queen sized mattress. It's like a cloud being so high up resting in a pillow spa. The gallery shows all of the construction work and design, but i'd like to point out that it is also attached to wall. My ceilings are 11' high so 7' allowed me to walk in and out of underneath, and have room to move on top as well. I've got some shelves up there for my books and etc.
SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES!!!

2) Door Desk
My parents sold my childhood home and it was knocked down. Thankfully we salvaged my bedroom door that I had covered in stickers over my 17 years in that house. I took the door and made it into my desk so i would always be looking at the stickers, which actually hold many memories. I simply covered it with plexi-glass added 2 shelving towers from ikea and BAM! my own personalized, massive, inexpensive desk. Take a look!
3) Hockey Stick Chair
I've been on skates for virtually all my life and have played in countless hockey games, this means i've got a few broken sticks lying around. With this project I decided to put them to good use by building a surprisingly comfortable throne type chair. Check it out...
4) Bottlecap Table
Last, but certainly not least, come my two bottle cap tables. These are about as creative and artsy as I'll ever get. I made these patterns and built the structure for the 'sink' where the caps lay. I used kleerkoat tabletop epoxy to seal them in and protect my 'masterpieces'. I'm really happy with my results but they can definitely be perfected, I'm actually in the process of building one made of corks for my Dad. Work horses are holding up both tables, one of which is in New Jersey and the other is right here at McGill, where it obviously belongs.
